Ryan Kirkpatrick is the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department's 2010 Officer of the Year. Sheriff Curt Folger said Kirkpatrick was the top of the charts in DUI Enforcement, Felony Drug Enforcement, Misdemeanor Arrests, Speed Enforcement, Vehicle Equipment Violations Enforcement and Moving Hazardous Violations Enforcement. Sheriff Folger said that Kirkpatrick has the dedication and achievement in his performance that shows an honorable deputy.
