Kentucky State Police will have drunk driving checkpoints set up to make sure those who decide to drink on New Years Eve have a designated driver. Four people were killed in crashes in Kentucky last New Year's Eve. Seven died the year before that. KSP said they'll enforce a zero tolerance. If you're impaired, you'll go to jail.
