The woman who used to own Fabric Creations in Stanford was jailed on a 50 thousand dollar bond, indicted by a grand jury for not paying sales taxes. The business moved last year and 56 year old Lorna Oaks of Mason Gap Road is facing charges of theft for not making required disposition more than ten thousand dollars. The indictment charges that Oaks did not pay sales and use taxes from 2006 to 2009.
