This will be only a test: The sirens at the Bluegrass Army Depot in Madison County will be set off tomorrow morning, but officials say its all in an effort to make sure things are working properly. The event is a quarterly exercise to prepare first responders in the event of a real emergency. The Madison County Emergency Management Agency and Blue Grass Chemical Activity will perform the drill.
