St. Catharine College and the Harrodsburg Mercer County Community Action Partnership have garnered a National Endowment for the Arts grant that funds the 2011 “Your Town: Harrodsburg, Kentucky,” project that will help the city with some planning. Officials at St Catherine's said only three grants were expected, but the NEA apparently saw the value in awarding a fourth grant to the Harrodsburg project. The goal of the project is to bring all sorts of groups of people together to further the historic preservation of the area.
