He would have been graduating from high school, but 18 year old Christopher Allen is facing rape charges after an incident at Lincoln County High School on Tuesday. Kentucky State Police say the incident happened with a girl Allen knew, that she's a minor and that it happened on school property. Lincoln County Schools Superintendent Karen Hatter said when the school learned of the alleged rape, they called police, per policy. The arrest warrant said Allen took the girl behind the school's stage, despite her objections, and that Allen forced her into sex. Allen is in the Lincoln County Detention Center. He pled not guilty yesterday.
