The Stanford USDA Service Center is accepting donations for the 2011 Feds Feed Families food drive. Dana McKinney with the Service Center says, nationwide, they have a goal of 2 million pounds of non-perishable items that will be donated locally to the Bluegrass Community Action Partnership.
Household items include some cleaning supplies and paper products. The Center is located at 102 Metker Trail in Stanford.
