Boyle County Sheriff' Marty Elliott said a Parksville woman was critically hurt when she was impaled on a fence when her car was involved in a crash. The crash happened on Wednesday night, and Elliott said 52 year old Debbie Wilham was flown to a Lexington hospital after the crash. He said she was southbound on Quirk’s Run Road near the Mercer-Boyle County line around 6 p.m. He said the car apparently ran off the road as it went into a curve, she over corrected and rolled the vehicle several times. It then ran through a wooden fence, where a part of the fence ran through Wilham's chest.
