Police in Berea now say an 18 year old who might have stopped the killing of Zackary Flower and the wounding of Kevin Price, did nothing. So now, Randall Burgess Jr. faces charges in Flower's death, and Price's shooting. Police said yesterday that Burgess heard Matt Denholm say he'd be back, after Price and Flower broke up a fight between Denholm and an unidentified man. They also said Burgess let Denholm's brother Ryan use Burgess' car to take Matt back to shoot the two. Denholm was eventually arrested in Louisville on Monday, after the late Sunday shootings, and his brother an a woman were arrested for hindering prosecution. Berea Police said more arrests are expected.
