Pastor Hershael York of Buck Run Baptist Church opened the new session of the Kentucky legislature with a prayer...and his thoughts on politics. And now, Pastor York is catching heat for calling gambling a terrible thing, just before Governor Steve Beshear proposed casino gambling in Kentucky during Tuesday's session. Yesterday, some in the legislature said while they may not see eye to eye on the gambling issue, the message from Pastor York was wrong. They contend there were other places where the pastor could have expressed his views but the floor of the Kentucky House. York is out of the country now, on a mission trip
