A Lincoln County resident is calling for the Lincoln County Fiscal Court to fire the members of the Library board. Teresa Robbins said last week that the fiscal court can do that if the board is inefficient, neglects its duties and conducts malfeasance or has a conflict of interest. County Attorney Daryl Day said board members have a right to due process, so advised fiscal court not to take any action on Robbins' matter. Some of the magistrates said they agreed with Robbins, but that they needed proof, which Robbins said she'd provide at the next fiscal court meeting.
