Fifty people in attendance, some spoke for and some against Lancaster mayor Brenda Powers, and when it was over -- after shouting and yelling during a closed door session, the only thing decided was that there'd be another meeting on March 5. Powers and the council agreed to set Monday night's meeting to discuss how the city was being lead. Powers reiterated her stance in the middle of the discussion that she would not resign as mayor, saying the people put her there. Then there was an executive session, and a decision to meet again on the fifth, 7 p.m., city hall.
