Synthetic drugs are now illegal in the city of Lancaster. City council started working on the issue last month, and on Monday, voted to make bath salts and incense that are synth drugs illegal. Council said if a person uses or sells the drugs, it would be a misdemeanor, with penalties of a year in jail and/or a 500 dollar fine This does not make bath salts with Epsom salt or sea salt in them illegal.
