A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged, after leading law enforcement officials on a high-speed chase this week. A Danville cop tried to stop a driver on Tuesday night, for speeding and possibly driving under the influence of intoxicants. Police said the driver did NOT stop, and took off, and almost hit two Danville and two Boyle County Sheriff's cruisers. Police caught the teen after he lost control of the vehicle and hit a culvert. He faces multiple charges, including reckless driving, fleeing and evading police, and speeding.
